Description:
This high quality column style water butt stores a massive 500 litres of water doing so with a small space saving footprint. Made from UV stable Polyethylene the column has a removable lid for ease of access and also gives a reduced risk of algae build up.There are three entry or connection points at the top which are pre-positioned for easy drilling at your preferred location. This water butt can be used in conjunction with a filter connection kit (available on DD3512D) to enable clean and efficient rainwater collection.
For water withdrawal there is a 3/4 inch tap connection with brass tap included making it suitable for filling your watering can. There is also a lower 3/4 inch port ideal for a hose or pump connection.These ports are fitted with heavy duty metal threads.

The Filter Collector operates very efficiently allowing for 85-95% of rainfall to be carried into the tank. The filter can also act as the overflow outlet for the tank once full.
Made from high quality plastic with a stainless steel mesh it is suitable for round down pipes with a 68-110mm diameter and square pipes from 65-75mm diameter; the outlet connector fits 50mm and 32mm hoses.
With a Connector Kit (sold separately on DD3514D) the Filter Collector can be fitted to 25mm (1) inlets on butts or tanks.
